Improvements
App
We have fixed an issue where the sign-up page on the PWA would unexpectedly scroll to random places when entering information. This ensures smoother navigation for participants during sign-up.
Fixed an issue where selecting "Next" during navigation within a form would show the bottom-most question instead of the first question. Now, participants will always see the first question on the next page, improving the flow.
We resolved the screen flickering that occurred when filling out survey forms on the PWA using the keypad. Now, the participant experience will be smoother when completing surveys.
WeGuide Portal
Admins can now utilize APIs to import data directly into their own databases. This feature enables seamless data workflows, ensuring efficient and secure management within their systems.
We have improved how files are displayed in the app and portal. Now, when files are uploaded, they are displayed as clickable links, allowing easy access to view PDFs directly in the participant’s device browser.
We have made the progress bar in the form builder more intuitive. If the progress bar is turned off, it can no longer be modified automatically upon saving of the form, ensuring a consistent experience across forms.
We fixed the random order issue with question groups in the form builder, and now they are displayed in alphabetical order, making it easier for participants to follow the flow.
New functionalities
App
On the PWA desktop, participants can now use the keyboard to adjust slider values in surveys. The slider will automatically move to the nearest valid value, making it easier to select the correct option.
Participants can now change the language anytime while filling out a form. This enables participants to view and submit responses in their preferred language without losing any progress.
Participants can now log in to the WeGuide app by simply scanning a QR code generated from the admin portal. This feature simplifies the login process for real-time usage.
WeGuide Portal
We have added a search feature to the form builder. Now, admins can search for questions by title or variable name, making it faster to find the specific questions you need across large forms.
We replaced the drag-and-drop functionality with a dropdown for adjusting the position of questions in forms. This makes it easier for admins to rearrange questions, whether they are within groups or standalone.
To improve privacy, we have added a feature to restrict certain fields from being exported via API. This ensures sensitive data, like names or birth dates, is protected.
We have introduced a new question type for uploading files. Participants can now upload documents such as PDFs, Word files, and presentations, making it easier to submit a wide range of file types.
Admins now have the option to enable or disable the progress bar for participants on the app while filling out a form. When turned off, participants will not be able to see the progress bar while filling out the form or after submitting it.
