Understanding how participants use your app: Analytics

For each one of our whitelabel applications, we are able to turn on Mixpanel Analytics. Mixpanel is a business analytics service company that specializes in tracking user interactions with web and mobile applications. This information is consolidated into high-quality dashboards, allowing for effective patient analytics and participant analytics. We have integrated our software with Mixpanel to provide comprehensive analytics dashboards for our whitelabel applications.

How secure is Mixpanel?

Mixpanel is well known for its security practices. We don’t send any sensitive or personal health information to Mixpanel. All analytics data is stored on servers in Europe and can be deleted upon request.

Okay, so how can we take advantage of this?

WeGuide provides a generic dashboard for our clients; however, upon request, we can create a custom dashboard tailored with the metrics that interest you. Below is an example of how a dashboard could look:

Will test users be dispalyed in my Mixpanel data? - Good question!

Participants that have a name or email that includes test or testing will now be flagged in Mixpanel as a test user and can be filtered out.
