There are 3 ways you can use the WeGuide healthcare app:
- iOS - an app for all Apple iPhones and iPads
- Android - an app for all Android-compatible devices
- Progressive Web App - this option works in your browser, compatible with both mobile and desktop.
Below we will explain each of the above options in more detail.

Installation on iOS
- If you have an Apple device, when you are first invited to WeGuide, click on the link provided in the initial email or SMS.
- You will be given the option to either download the Mobile Application or use the Web Application.
- Step 1: Click on the Mobile Application link to be redirected to the App Store.
- Alternatively, you can search for "WeGuide" in the App Store.
Here are the App details:
- Step 2: Follow the normal process to download the app onto your iPhone.
- Step 3: You can now log in to your app using the login process (be sure to use the email or mobile number that you provided during study signup).
Installation on Android
- If you have an Android device, when you are first invited to WeGuide, click on the link provided in the email or SMS.
- You will be given the option to either download the Mobile Application or use the Web Application.
Step 1: Click on the Mobile Application link to be redirected to the Google Play Store
Alternatively, you can search for "WeGuide" on Google Play Store.Here is what WeGuide appears as on Google Play Store:
Using Web Application
- If you prefer not to download the app, you can always access engagement through our Web Application.
- Simply follow the link provided in your email or SMS and click on the Web Application button.
- After completing that, participants will see a dashboard with all assigned activities listed with their respective details.
