In this article, we are going to explain how you can switch the language of the app. Let's start!
In case your app is available in multiple languages, you will see a language icon in different places throughout the app. An example of where the language icon is available is:
- Login/sign-up screen.
- Welcome letter screen
- On the first page of each task that supports multiple languages.
When you click on the icon, you will be able to change the language of the application. This preference will be saved so that the app will be presented in that language when you return next time.
Change the app's language by clicking on the language icon and selecting your language of choice.
How to switch the language of your profile?
If you're already logged into the healthcare app and it isn't set to your preferred language, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to the Settings page and update your language preference.
After updating your language, all content within the app will reflect this new setting. New tasks will also be displayed in your selected language, provided they are available.
Update your profile language by going to the Settings page and clicking on Language.
Support for right-to-left (RTL) languages
WeGuide supports Right-to-left (RTL) languages such as Arabic. This means ensuring our app looks and feels right for languages which are read from right to left, like Arabic or Hebrew. It's like flipping everything so it's easy for people who read in that direction to use the app without any confusion. Once you select a right-to-left language, the app's interface will automatically be adjusted.
Example of how the sign-up screen looks in case you select Arabic as your language. As you can see, the content is mirrored and is displayed right-to-left instead of left-to-right.
