In this article, we will explain how you can make sure you no longer receive messages from WeGuide.
There are two effective methods to stop receiving messages from WeGuide (push notifications, email, and SMS).

Method 1: Click on the link in the email or SMS message that you've received
- Depending on how your organization has configured the WeGuide system, emails and/or SMS messages should have an opt-out link. Clicking this link will opt you out, and you will no longer receive communications from WeGuide.

Method 2: Change the settings inside the application
- Login to the WeGuide application (or your custom application) and go to Settings.
- Locate the section titled Receive Messages for Outstanding Surveys, which will be set to Yes.
- Change this setting to No by clicking on the row and selecting No.
- You will now no longer receive communication from WeGuide.
