I haven’t opened WeGuide in days—will my data still sync?
Yes. Your Garmin catches up to 14 days of step data and about 7 days of detailed metrics (sleep, HRV). Simply open WeGuide and tap Sync to upload everything at once.
I press Sync but see no new data. What now?
- As a participant, ensure you pressed Sync and waited for the “Sync successful” message.
- If you still see no updates, contact your study administrator. They can verify on the backend that your raw files arrived and troubleshoot any display issues.
Must I keep Bluetooth and internet on at all times?
No - just before and during a sync. WeGuide only needs connectivity while syncing; you can turn both off afterward without losing past data.
