My sleep, steps, or heart‑rate data seems missing. What can I do?


  1. Press Sync in WeGuide and wait for completion.
  2. If data remains missing, notify your study administrator to check for incomplete uploads or watch‑side issues.
  3. Remember: once data reaches our backend, it’s preserved even if the app UI doesn’t immediately reflect it.


How should I wear the watch for best results?


Keep the sensor side flush against your wrist at all times—except when bathing or swimming—to ensure accurate heart‑rate and sleep tracking.
