How to Disconnect a Garmin Watch from WeGuide App

Note: There is no direct “Disconnect” button in WeGuide to protect your data. To fully disconnect and reconnect, please contact your study administrator first.


Uninstall and Forget Device

  • Uninstall the WeGuide app.

  • In Bluetooth Settings, tap Forget next to your watch.

  • Reinstall WeGuide and follow the pairing steps.

Warning: Disconnecting for an extended period risks data loss. Always coordinate with your study administrator before proceeding.
